The Berlin NGO Discover Football travelled with twelve women to Brazil during the 2014 World Cup. There they met with women’s football players and inspected football projects for girls in the favelas. Filmmakers Mareike Lauken and Keren Manor have made a documentary film about the young women’s experiences.
